The business was commenced in 2008 by Colin Ritchie with the aim of helping small businesses to “Unlock the Profit they Deserve”.

Colin now works almost exclusively with small law firms in both a group situation and in one on one practice coaching and consulting to help them to improve profitability, cash flow and practice valuation. He does this by focusing on both legal practice management and effective law firm marketing.

As a Chartered Accountant, he felt that many of the practice management strategies that he had used in building his accounting and financial planning practice, would also work with law firms. He has concentrated on then working with small groups of  law firms helping them with both their legal practice management, running a better practice and improving their legal marketing of their services.

The results of this are that many of the legal practices that he is working with are significantly improving their profitability and cash flow at a time when many other businesses are struggling.
